PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Some Joydotz products may be available as recurring subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases, recurring charges, and cancellations are managed.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Joydotz and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order until the subscription is canceled.

The applicable product price, subscription discount, delivery frequency, shipping charges, taxes, and other recurring-order information are displayed at checkout before you complete your subscription purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers who purchase a subscription online may manage and cancel future recurring orders through the online subscription-management features available through their customer account or applicable subscription-management link.

Depending on the available subscription settings, you may also be able to:

Skip an upcoming order;
Pause or resume your subscription;
Update your shipping address;
Update your payment method; or
Manage other available subscription details.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future recurring orders and charges.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been created, processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped.

If an order has already been created before your subscription cancellation takes effect, that order is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation of a subscription does not retroactively refund previous subscription orders.

Changes to Upcoming Subscription Orders

Changes to your delivery frequency, shipping address, payment method, product selection, quantity, or other available subscription settings should be completed before your next scheduled recurring order is created.

Changes made after an order has already been created or entered processing may not apply to that order and may instead take effect beginning with a later recurring order.

Subscription Shipping

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during the subscription checkout process.

Unless a recurring subscription order otherwise qualifies for free standard shipping under our Shipping Policy or another applicable offer, shipping charges may apply to each recurring order.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are added to recurring subscription charges as displayed or disclosed through the applicable subscription experience.

Subscription Discounts

Any subscription discount displayed at checkout applies according to the terms shown for that subscription.

Subscription discounts may differ from promotional discounts offered for one-time purchases and generally cannot be combined with offers that are limited to one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an eligible subscription order is refunded, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for that order after the applicable subscription discount, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, we or our payment service providers may retry the payment.

Depending on the circumstances and available subscription settings, an affected subscription may be paused, skipped, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

You may be asked to update your payment information before future subscription orders can be processed.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may change subscription prices, discounts, or other subscription terms prospectively.

When required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes, renewal information, reminders, cancellation information, or other required notices.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not alter charges for orders already completed except as permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Policy; and
Return and Refund Policy.

If this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy conflicts with another general store policy on a matter specifically concerning subscription cancellation or recurring purchases, this policy will control for that issue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
