What are Joydotz patches?

Joydotz are decorative hydrocolloid face patches designed to add a cute, playful touch to your everyday routine. Each single box includes 32 patches.

How do I use Joydotz patches?

Apply a patch to clean, completely dry skin and gently press it into place. Leave it on for several hours or overnight, then slowly peel it away.

What designs are available?

Joydotz currently comes in three designs: Softwing Butterfly, Daydream Cloud, and Blush Flower.

Can I get a hidden design?

Some packs may include a hidden design as a surprise. Hidden designs are not guaranteed in every box.

What is The Dreamy Dotz Trio?

The Dreamy Dotz Trio includes one box each of Softwing Butterfly, Daydream Cloud, and Blush Flower—96 patches in total.

Does The Dreamy Dotz Trio include free shipping?

Yes. Orders containing The Dreamy Dotz Trio qualify for free standard shipping within our eligible shipping area.

When does regular free shipping apply?

Regular orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more before discounts and taxes qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $30 are charged a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee unless another eligible free-shipping offer applies.

How does the first-order discount work?

New customers can sign up for email updates to receive 35% off their first one-time order from our single-box collection. The offer does not apply to The Dreamy Dotz Trio or subscription purchases and is limited to one use per customer.

How do subscriptions work?

Eligible single-box products can be purchased as a subscription for 15% off. Subscription orders renew automatically according to the frequency selected at checkout until canceled.

Where does Joydotz ship?

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, or other international destinations.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy. Because these are personal-use products, opened products are generally not eligible for return.
